There are two ways for your clients to gain access to the Client Portal if they have forgotten their password.
1. You can disable and re-enable client access through your client's Communication tab.
- Go to View/edit client into > Communications tab.
- Click Disable Access in the Client Portal Access section, then re-enable their portal access by clicking Send Client Portal Invitation.
This will resend the welcome email to them.
2. When logging into the portal, your client can enter their email and click Forgot your password? to be sent to request a password reset. Once they enter their email address and click Send reset email they will receive an email with their temporary password.
Note: The temporary password for the Client Portal and the link in the Forgot Password reset email do not expire.
