Future Sessions

All future client sessions are displayed in blue.

Past Sessions

By default, sessions are designated as "Show" status at the scheduled session time. You can change your session status if a client cancels, no-shows, or late-cancels. Click here to learn how to change session status.

Cancelled Sessions

Sessions that have been canceled prior to your cancellation policy can be designated as "Cancelled" status. A cancelled session will not be billed. Click here to learn how to change session status.

No Show Sessions

Any session that is marked "No Show" will display in a light red. A no show session will be billed the full session fee to the client's billing balance. Click here to learn how to change session status.

Late Cancelled Sessions

Any session that is marked "Late Cancelled" will display in a light orange. A late cancelled session will be billed the full session fee to the client's billing balance. Click here to learn how to change session status.

Other Sessions

If a session is created as an "Other" session and not a client session, the session will display grey. Click here to learn how to create "Other" non-client sessions.
