My sessions disappeared from the calendar

Having trouble viewing all sessions on the calendar? If it seems like sessions are missing, don't worry, it's probably because of a filter that you selected on the calendar.

You'll want to make sure your calendar filters are set to:

1. All Clinicians, if you are in a group or have multiple clinicians or interns in your account

2. All Locations if you have multiple locations set up in your account.

Be sure to set the proper filters on your SimplePractice calendar for All Clinicians and All Locations if applicable


If you still don't see your client sessions, you'll want to check your Activity log to check if you (or if you're in a group, which clinician) deleted the session. You can find your Activity Log in the left side bar menu.
