How to record client medications in SimplePractice

We often get asked about the best way to keep track of client medications and prescriptions. 

Most SimplePractice members choose to keep an updated medication list in the client note field found on the Edit Client Info page:

 Then scroll down to the About Client section:

 

Be sure to click Save when you're finished. 

You can update this note field as frequently as you like.
