Storing client documents

 With SimplePractice, you can store nearly any type of digital file or document: Word documents, PDFs, photos, video clips, sound recordings, spreadsheets, and more. The only requirement is that the file is 10MB or less.

You can store a maximum of 5GB worth of files with our Essential Plan and 20GB with the Professional Plan. Most customers never reach this limit, but if you do, click here to contact our support team.

You can attach files (documents or images) to the client's overview page in the Stored section:

After you upload a file, you can change it's name by clicking the Edit icon which looks like a pencil.
