You can create a chart note from the client detail page.
When you create a chart note, you can adjust the time and date depending on where you'd like the note to appear in the client's record.
This note field is best for recording notes from a client phone call, email or document. You can also use this note to add comments to the client record, for instance, if you need to track authorized sessions, you can keep a running tally in this note.
You can also pin a note to the top of the client's record by setting the note date to some time in the future. Since the client's record is organized chronologically, the chart note will stay at the top.
