When you create a superbill in SimplePractice, a diagnosis will appear on the superbill. The diagnosis will automatically include its description.
If you do not see a diagnosis and you want it to appear, you will need to make sure the diagnosis is created and dated correctly. How do I add a diagnosis to a superbill?
If you don't want the description included, you can remove this by changing your Settings. To do this, go to My Account > Settings > Documents > Superbills. Then uncheck the box for Show Diagnosis Description and click Save Superbill Settings.
Changing this setting won't automatically change superbills you have already created. If you want to change the existing superbills, you'll need to delete the old one and create a new superbill.
