Adding supervisor information to billing documents and notes

Instead of using the footer information sections for each billing document, we have created a special section for you to add your Supervisor's information. 

1. Click on My Account then click on Settings.

2. In Settings, click on Documents then scroll down to the bottom of the page.

3. In the section titled Pre-Licensed Clinicians select the box that says, "Add supervisor info to notes and billing document."

Here you'll be able to edit what is listed in this box. If you have multiple interns that may have different supervisors, you'll want to make sure you don't remove the macros in the pre-filled message below. These macros automatically fill in the intern's supervisor's information if they have filled it out in their account settings.
