Scheduling time between sessions

If you have Online Booking enabled to book appointments by session duration, you might want to automatically schedule breaks in between sessions or add extra buffer time to allow for paperwork or time between clients. For example, you might have a 50 minute session, but you need 10 minutes after each session to prep for your next session. You want your calendar to think the session block takes 60 minutes instead of starting the next appointment right after. Here's how to do this:

1. Click on My Account and the click on Settings.

2. Click on Billing and Services then click on Services.

3. Click on the service code you would like to edit. Only service codes that have been enable for online booking will show Booking Options. Click here to learn how to set service codes for Online Booking. 

4. You'll see the Booking Options section that allows for extra time before or after the session. Type in the amount of minutes you want to add at the start or end or both. Then click Save.
