If the address where you provide your services is different from the address the insurance companies have on file for you, you may want to use Box 33 to set your billing address.
To add your billing address to your claim forms, you need to go to My Account >Settings > Billing and Services > Insurance. There, uncheck the "Use Practice Default" option. This will allow you to edit and set the default address for box 33 in your claims.
