Why can't I see the Team Members section or add clinicians?

If you'd like to start adding Clinicians to your practice, you'll need to make sure you are on the Monthly Professional Plan. 

  1. Go to My Account > Settings.
  2. Click Billing InformationYou'll see your subscription at the top of the page, as shown below.
  3. If you aren't on the Monthly Professional Plan, you'll see a price per year such as $529/year or you'll see Essential Plan. Click Change Plan.
  4. Click Choose Professional to choose the Monthly Professional Plan.

Once you are on the Monthly Professional Plan, you're ready to add new team members. Click here to learn how to add new team members.
