Can I merge or link my accounts?

For the safety and security of your client records, we cannot merge one SimplePractice account with another. If an individual is departing a group or if individuals intend to join a group, you can proceed to step two onward of the SimplePractice switching guide.

To become part of a SimplePractice group account, you will need to be invited by the Account Owner of the group. This will prompt the recipient with an email invitation to create their unique login credentials to access the group account.
