To recover your username:
1. Select Forgot Username.
2. Enter the email address you used to sign up for SimplePractice and click Request Username.
3. You'll receive an email with a link to recover your username. Click this link and you'll return to the Recover Username page.
5. You'll be presented with the verification method you chose when creating your SimplePractice account.
If you set up phone verification, click the button to have us call you at the number you provided. We'll give you a security code to enter in the field and then click the Reveal Username button:
After you complete the verification, you'll be shown your username. Write this down in a secure place and click the link to return to the login page.
If you have trouble with this, make sure that you have access to the phone number you provided for security verification. If you do not have access to the phone number, if you entered the phone number incorrectly, or if you can't remember the answer to your security question, we can manually update your phone number on file after doing a manual verification.
