Creating a new appointment on the iPhone app is simple! We've included the step-by-step instructions, as well as a video that walks through the steps to create a new appointment.
- Tap on the + button in the upper right.
- On the Create Session screen, tap on Client.
- Select a client from the list.
- Click on the Time/Duration section.
- Select a day by sliding the day selector at the top of the screen to the left or right. Then set the time and duration and tap the check mark in the upper right.
- Next, set the appointment to repeat if necessary. Tap the Repeat section and select the frequency. Then select how many sessions this will repeat.
- Tap on the Billing section to change the service and fee. Tap on the check mark in the upper right to save the updated billing settings.
- Once finished, tap the check mark in the upper right to save the appointment.
