How do I clear my cache and sync the mobile app?

Sometimes appointments created on the web version of SimplePractice may not appear right away on the mobile app. If this happens you can easily clear your cache to refresh your data. Doing this will not permanently erase anything.

  1. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the app.
  2. Click Settings
  3. When the Settings menu opens, select Clear Cache.
  4. The mobile app will start clearing the cache. This is complete when the loading modal disappears.

Note: Load times will vary depending on your network connection and how much data you have in SimplePractice.
