To keep a record of your client's insurance card, you can upload it to the client's file. Here's how:
1. Go to the Client's Overview Page.
2. Click on edit client info next to the client's name.
3. Click on the Billing and Insurance tab.
4. Scroll down to the Client's Insurance information.
- If you haven't added insurance information for the client, click on the +Insurance button to add the client's insurance information.
5. At the bottom of the Insurance Information, you will see a box that says Front of Insurance Card with a blue document icon. Click on browse to upload a copy of the Insurance Card or drag the file to this box.
You can upload either JPEG or PDF files.
