Understanding your Year in Review

The Year in Review is a collection of metrics that celebrates your accomplishments throughout the past year. If available, you can view this upon logging in to your account.

Note: This feature is only available for clinicians with the Behavioral health therapy specialty. If there isn’t enough information in your account, this feature may not appear.

The current Year in Review is based on your account’s history within the date range of January 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024. The information you see is specific to you.

Below, we’ll cover:


The Year in Review will appear in your account once you log in, and is made of multiple tiles that covers the following from 2024:

  • Your therapy minutes, appointments, and clients
  • An overview of how many appointments were in-person and Telehealth
  • A summary of how many appointments were Insurance and Self-Pay
  • The total progress notes and treatment plans you’ve created
  • New features you’ve used for your practice
  • The total number of team members added to your practice, if you’re the Account Owner

Important: Depending on the information available in your account and our calculation methods for this feature, you may not see all tiles. For more information, see Understanding the data presented in the Year in Review.

Click Next to move on to each tile.

Once you’ve viewed all tiles, click Close or the X on the top right. You can click X at any time to exit the Year in Review.

After exiting, you can view your Year in Review again by selecting 2024 year in review in the left navigation menu.

Note: There’s no option to share your Year in Review with others.


Understanding the data presented in the Year in Review

If you’re not seeing certain information in your Year in Review, there may be a few reasons why:

  • No appointments were held via Telehealth, or a majority of appointments had no specified location
  • Most appointments were Self-Pay or had no payments
  • Not enough progress notes or treatment plans were created
  • If you’re part of a group practice that added team members this year, the number of team members added can only be accessed by the Account Owner

The following specifics were also considered when gathering data for the Year In Review:

  • Appointments with more than one client will apply the duration to each client
    • For example, if you had a 30-minute group appointment with four clients, this would be considered 120 minutes in total
  • A couple client will be considered as two clients
  • Clients are included in the data if they’ve had at least 2 Show appointments between the date range, regardless of whether they’re active or inactive
  • Measurement based care is only included in the data if a scored measure was sent and completed between the date range
  • Progress notes must have been created and locked in the date range to be included
  • New team members are only featured if they were added within the date range, and were still active by November 30

Due to our calculation methods, there may be discrepancies between the summary metrics and your own records. For example, our summary may only include attended appointments, not cancellations. You can verify these metrics using reports available in your account.
