Claim submission errors
We’ve released a fix for claim submission errors. Claims that were previously in the Submitted status should have now reached the payer.
Claim status and Payment Report (ERA) delays
We’ve released a fix for delayed claim status updates and Payment Report (ERAs) delivery. These have all been successfully delivered.
Transmission failure enrollment error
Some enrollments will result in a “transmission failure” error. Our team is working through a platform enhancement to address this error. In the meantime, please reach out to our Customer Success team for further assistance.
Tricare payer ID updates
As of January 1, 2025, Tricare updated the way electronic claims should be filed.
- Claims with dates of service prior to January 1st 2025, being billed to Tricare East, need to be billed to payer ID TREST
- Claims with dates of service on or after January 1st 2025, being billed to Tricare East, need to be billed to payer ID 99727
- Claims with dates of service on or after January 1st 2025, being billed to Tricare West, need to be billed to payer ID 99726
- The following states were previously billed to Tricare East, but as of January 1st, 2025 need to be billed to Tricare West using payer ID 99726
- Arkansas
- Illinois
- Louisiana
- Oklahoma
- Texas
- Wisconsin
