Out-Of-Network Claim Filing with SimplePractice & Better

We're happy to recommend a resource to simplify billing out-of-network insurance claims. Our partners at Better have an app that makes filing out-of-network insurance claims easy for your clients and it’s yet another step you can take in further organizing your practice.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how your clients can use Better to help streamline your SimplePractice workflow:

  1. Your client signs up for a Better account by downloading the Better iPhone app or signing up online (either way, it only takes 1-2 minutes!)

  2. Your client takes a photo of her/his insurance card with the app

  3. Your client forwards her/his SimplePractice superbill to Better (that she/he receives from you)

  4. Better handles the rest!

Pricing:

For all claims that are filed towards the deductible or that are otherwise deemed ineligible for reimbursement, Better is free of charge. Better only charges your clients a 10% service fee for the insurance reimbursements they receive, but does not charge you anything at all.
