When you create your trial account, you agree to our Business Associate Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Signing up for your trial constitutes a legally binding agreement, as stated when you select the checkbox and click Start My Free Trial Now.
Note: There's no need for you to agree to or electronically sign the BAA again when you upgrade to a paid account.
