To keep track of their clients' progress toward meeting their articulation goals, SLPs typically use an Articulation Goal Tracker. SimplePractice provides a fully customizable Articulation Goal Tracker Progress Note in our Template Library.
Note: You can find out how to add the Articulation Goal Tracker Progress Note template in this guide: How to use the Template Library.
Once added, you can use the template to identify the target sound you're working on, add notes about the client's progress, mark when a client achieves a goal, and add notes about the client's goal achievement.
After you save the progress note, you can view the Articulation Goal Tracker as needed from the client's Overview page.
Finally, you can load your previous note at the next appointment by clicking Load Previous Note to easily add to your notes and seamlessly track your client's progress.
