Professional Website

In working with over 60,000 customers, we saw the need from practitioners for a single, integrated solution. Your website is the first interaction new clients have with you, and we designed our Professional Website to be clean, simple, SEO-friendly, and to help you convert visitors into clients. The release of this product doesn’t change the work we’re committed to doing to streamline, simplify, and innovate our practice management platform.

The Professional Website will be available for Professional Plan customers this Winter for free through July 2021. Beginning July 1, 2021, it will be $15 per month, and you can choose whether to host your site using our domain (e.g., https://yourpracticename-clientsite.me) or by using your own custom domain.

If you’re an Essential Plan customer, you’ll be able to enable the Professional Website from your settings and make and preview edits to the website. However, you won't be able to publish your website until you upgrade to the Professional Plan.

The Professional Website is designed with SEO and growth in mind. It’s optimized for SEO, and provides you with smart defaults and proper markups, making you more discoverable in search engines. The website encourages visitors to become clients with two calls-to-action: Schedule Appointment or Get in Touch. It’s thoughtfully crafted by our in-house Design Team, and you'll have different themes, imagery, and colors to choose from to make the site your own. There’s no coding required, and the Professional Website will be completely integrated with your SimplePractice account, so you can manage your website from one platform. In addition, it will also directly integrate with the Client Portal so new and existing clients can request appointments.

Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing more details, hosting webinars, and providing additional Help Center resources, so you’re able to completely prepare for setting up your new website. We’ll definitely be here to help you along the way, too.
