Supervisor is unable to unlock supervisee's notes even though the permission are enabled.

One of our supervisors is unable to unlock their supervisee's notes after both have been signed.  Supervisor is checked as a supervisor role and with admin access.  Permissions are checked for the supervisor to unlock progress notes, assessments, and diagnosis and treatment plans.  However, they are unable to unlock their supervisee's notes that were accidentally locked before read over.

  Did you figure this out? This just happened to one of my supervisors as well.
