NOTES NOT SAVING
I see this is a problem for others and I CAN attest that this is true and it does NOT apply to outages. It happens to me EVERY week. Towards the end of the week one or more notes do not save even though I have saved and signed said note. It happened to a note I wrote, saved, and signed last night, and another one I did today not less than 20 minutes ago. I am completely sure they have all been saved correctly and signed correctly, but thought at first I was at fault so I have been extra mindful of my routine when creating notes. My practice owners pay the fees for your service, but I honestly do not want to keep spending extra time recreating notes and I do not have the bandwidth to save extra copies of notes (which is frankly not ethical or safe). Since this seems to be a bigger problem than myself I think you all should solve it.
