    I'd also like an answer for this-- my clients and myself have also been having an issue with frequent disconnects or unable to access to meeting room for the past ~2 weeks after. We've been having to use my old psychtoday platform (which I originally left because of connectivity issues there too last year). It really derails the sessions and feels like it comes off as unprofessional.

    Please respond.  I would like this settled before my client meets again this week.  So frustrating to not get timely help.
