member not able to connect to telehealth
My client, using a Mac, only sees a white screen when trying to connect to Telehealth. She is getting the link in email, but can't connect. This has been happening for 2 weeks. What should she do? We are unable to meet via video because of this problem and have to use google meets. Please help!

I'd also like an answer for this-- my clients and myself have also been having an issue with frequent disconnects or unable to access to meeting room for the past ~2 weeks after. We've been having to use my old psychtoday platform (which I originally left because of connectivity issues there too last year). It really derails the sessions and feels like it comes off as unprofessional.
