How do I resend client portal invitation to a client who never logged in?
I read from another support post that I should do this:
Overview page > Edit > Client Portal > Resend Client Portal Invitation.
However, I get stuck on the third step, because I can't see a link that says "Client Portal."

Hi!
This is what works for me - Go to the client page, then on the right hand side, it should say "Communication Settings" a little way down. It will say "client portal access" underneath and if you hit the "manage" button next to it, it will give you the opportunity to email a new link.

I just attempted to resend a link to the client portal ... went to "Communication Settings," and followed what you said worked for you. For me, clicking "Manage" simply took me back to the Client Portal tab on the Client edit page ... no "Resend Client Portal Invitation." Needless to say, this is very frustrating. This should be a very simple thing to do!
