Telehealth Connectivity Issues
Can anyone in the IT department give any possible reasons for why there have been so many telehealth connectivity issues in the past ~2 weeks? It seems like at minimum once a day I am running into problems with clients where in our sessions the connection drops, the client is getting an error message that the link doesn't work (even when I send them a new one), or there is significant lag. This is happening regardless of which browsers we're using, whether I'm using wifi, mobile data, or my ethernet cable, the Telehealth app, etc., any there isn't a specific pattern to it.
It seemed that the problems started around the time that SP was doing a lot of updates to the billing platform, etc., but this is getting a little excessive. Are there updates being done to the servers that might be causing this, and if so, could we get some sort of notice so we can make alternative arrangements with ct's?
