Insurance Co-pay %, Co-Pay Variability

Would it be possible to have a spot on the insurance page where you could designate copays to specific CPT codes? Using just the % (which isn't an option) doesn't necessarily work when there are various CPT codes being used for one client. Example) 90837 copay is less than the copay for 90834...there is not a way to accurately consistently have this populate on it's own in SP. Thank you!
