It is very hard and frustrating to talk with a representative to get help
I really need help and need someone to call me. I chat with the representative and didn't get help I needed and not sure how I should ask for a call support

I definitely feel your pain. With what we pay for the product, one would think that they would care a little more about their clients concerns. I am looking into a new provider that is more user friendly. I see that no one has responded to your post from SP, kind of validates your comment in of itself.
