    I definitely feel your pain. With what we pay for the product, one would think that they would care a little more about their clients concerns. I am looking into a new provider that is more user friendly. I see that no one has responded to your post from SP, kind of validates your comment in of itself.

    Oh my gosh yes.  There is so much I don't understand ever after watching videos.  I need to talk with a person.  If I'm not able to do so soon I may have to change to another system.
