I have received the following rejection on multiple ILBLS claims: 

Acknowledgement/Returned as unprocessable claim-The claim/encounter has been rejected and has not been entered into the adjudication system.
Missing or invalid information. VALUE OF SUB-ELEMENT HEALTH CARE CODE INFORMATION-02 IS INCORRECT. EXPECTED VALUE IS FROM EXTERNAL CODE LIST - ICD-10-CM DIAGNOSIS CODE (897) WHEN HEALTH CARE CODE INFORMATION-01='ABF'. HEALTH CARE INFORMATION CODES IS DEFINED IN THE GUIDELINE AT POSITION 2310. (A3 - 21)

Prior community posts simply have the reply that a help ticket will be created, so no instructions on how to troubleshoot are available.

  I just got the same message. Do we have any suggestions on how to fix this yet?

  Just had my first one of these come back on an out of network courtesy bill. Found the following online. I think it's because I used F43.89, which is no longer a valid ICD 10 code for 2023. Hope this helps. https://support.procentive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060243631-ICD10-Diagnosis-Not-Valid
