FROZEN IMAGES OF ME AND THE CLIENT, THOUGH WE COULD HEAR EACH OTHER. SWITCHED TO ZOOM AND WORKED PERFECTLY. THIS WAS A FIRST SESSION! HOW DO WE PRVENT THIS PROBLEM FROM RECURRING?
VERY DISAPPOINTING! HAD A FIRST SESSION WITH A CLIENT JUST NOW. BOTH OF OUR IMAGES WERE FROZEN. AUDIO WAS FINE. CLIENT ENDED UP SENDING. ME A ZOOM INVITE. VIDEO WAS FLAWLESS ON ZOOM. WHAT CAN YOU DO SO THIS PROBLEM DOESN'T RECUR NEXT SESSION WITH THIS CLIENT AND/OR WITH OTHER CLIENTS? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
