Turn off No Show drop down

Is there a way to turn off the attendance options drop down?  I am having a problem with clinicians selecting no show and then clients being auto billed the full amount of the session rather than our no show fee.  I need to just turn off the drop down for my clinicians to avoid an admin/billing nightmare!
