Wondering if there is a problem with payouts this week and why I have not gotten payouts the last three days. Usually it can be a day behind but counting on payouts and no idea why they have not been posted. When are we ever notified of potential delays?

  I am also having the same issue this week. Normally my payout is in my bank account on Friday mornings. I am also not even seeing a "pending" payout in my Simple Practice account, which is also unusual.

  I am having the same issue.  No payout and nothing showing in pending.

  Same here, I am having the same issue as well. Payouts usually on Fridays and, it is not showing as pending. Has simple practice said anything?

  I was told by a colleague that on the facebook page it says payments aren't going out today since it is a holiday and the banks are closed, and that payments will go out on Monday.

  I haven't gotten a response. Being a holiday today shouldn't have effected the rest of the week. Finally found info through the ? at the bottom of account page "to wait 5 days" before getting excited basically. So no real help outside of just wait til next week.

  Same here, usually it would still be "in transit" at this time and no payouts as normal

  Are folks still having an issue with this? I should have received a weekly payout on Monday of this week, which has not been received (it's now Friday) -- and it is not showing up under reports in any format. I've put in a help desk request, but have gotten no response in over 1 1/2 days.

  There has been a change for me in the frequency of payouts. Lately, I do not get payouts of clients I see on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sunday until the following week (Tuesday or Wednesday). These charges are also no longer showing up in the "Estimated Future Payouts," which is always disconcerting and makes me check to see that all clients Wed-Sun had their automatic payments processed. What's going on?
