Is there a simple link to just ask for help from Simple Practice? I am not finding a simple and direct path to help except for the forum. Am I looking in the wrong place? Should it be this hard?

  There's a question mark icon at the bottom right corner of the SimplePractice page when you are logged into your account (ex. on your schedule/client pages, not on the support pages here). There are options to get help when you click on it.
