add a family profile with the same features as couples profile

can you add a profile name family with the same setting as couple that would allow us to see two family members in family therapy ? or at least give us the option to change the profile name of couple to family when we need to see two family members instead of putting them under the couple profile? this is unethical and could have legal ramifications to name the clients couple when they are two siblings.
