Access to templets

I have a small group pracrice.  I pay for 2 clinicians on the basic plan.  They cannot when logged in access the templets ( ex Biopsychosocial , or SOAP note etc ) I have loaded .  How can this be resolved? For $59 each a month this is essential to streamline documentation-- currently only I as the admin can utilize these forms.
