I find it unacceptable as a consumer to not have access to speaking with someone when I have a question or concern regarding a client's account. Your way of operating business is non-caring and the epitome of a corporate structure whose only interest is capitalism. I understand that there are thousands of clinicians who use your service but to not have a support service readily available is irresponsible. I will be deleting my account soon. I'm sure that is of no bother to you because without some sense of responsibility and accountability to those who pay for your business to exist is without conscience.
