not taking new clients

I'm just setting up my Monarch profile.  It seems like the default answer to the question of taking new clients on Monarch is no. When I click on that section, there is an off button, but I can't turn it to on.  Is there a way to have it say yes, I am taking new clients?  I want to be able to update when I am taking new clients and when I am not.  I don't want new clients to be able to have access to my schedule to set up an appointment. I would like them to call or email me first.  Once they are a client, I am happy with them scheduling.
