Analytics confusing

Does anyone else find the analytics section confusing?  Also it says my outstanding insurance balance is astronomical which I know is inaccurate.  Anyone know why it may be showing such a high number.  I follow insurance payments pretty closely and prefer manual entry to EFT for just such a reason.  I'm quite disappointed with the support from SP anyway.  It may be just the times we live in but I hate feeling like a person to help is so out of reach.  I'm the only one in my area who uses this and so I don't have anyone to whom I can immediately reach out.  Solidarity everyone!

  Hello...yes I have been trying to understand the analytics for outstanding insurance balance and also the outstanding claims report, which states there are claims not filed, but does not give a list of those claims.  It's confusing to figure out, but I have made no attempts to reach out to SP.  Was looking on the support page hoping someone else has had this issue.  Thank you for posting.

  Yes, totally confused. Can't find a tutorial anywhere. Is anyone contacting them directly ?  Any other resources ?  I'm tired of looking at an outstanding balance and not knowing why it's there
