Emails sent wrong time reminder
Several clients received confirmation email with the wrong time, despite their appointment times being correct in the calendar.

No, this is just the community forum where you can check for answers from other customers.
At the bottom of the support page, it says Still Need Help? or something like that. It gives you the option to type in a question, then if none of those answers help, you're given the option to email or call your help request. I just submitted via email.
This hasn't happened a lot, but it shouldn't happen at all. Clients don't need to be confused about when they're supposed to come.
