Client hit deductible and insurance balance has credit and balance

I had a client who was paying for their sessions then they hit their deductible and starting paying a copay. That was going alright but all of the sudden they ended up with some account credits that were autogenerated and when I tried to fix them it only made things worse. They have unallocated money, an account credit, and unpaid invoices.
