Need to be able to revoke ROI

Sometimes client's sign an ROI but they should always have the ability to say they decided to rescind it. I read the other message board about this stating there is no way-but there HAS to be. We have to keep it on the record to show if we did talk we had permission and that at some point permission was revoked. HAs this been remediated? Can we now go in and put an end date to an ROI?
