Trouble verifying EIN for online payments
I am having trouble verifying my EIN for online payments. It keeps getting rejected. The information is correct. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am having this issue as well. I have submitted supporting documentation from the IRS (SS-4) letter verifying the business information matches multiple times as well. I have submitted a help request via Simple Practice chat feature but am waiting to hear back. Anyone find a resolution for this?

Yes! If you click on the question mark at the right hand bottom of screen and submit a support ticket a customer service rep will help you. In my case, I learned that it can take up to 30 days for the IRS to update their system, and that was the issue with verifying my EIN. I was able to send the rep a copy of my SS-4 letter from the IRS, and then another rep helped me verify the information needed to set up the online payments so I am now able to receive payouts!
