Zoom Text as a screen reader on a Dell PC not compatible with SP

We have a client who is visually impaired, and uses Zoom Text as his screen reader on a Dell PC. He is an attorney, and is able to use this with any other software application, but NOT with SimplePractice.

Any thoughts, suggestions?

  We need captions, I agree! All of my neurodivergent clients request captions at my practice. As a result, I must use a different platform that provides captions. It's an accessibility issue. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
