unable to log into the app

I forgot my password, which I'm not needing on my laptop, because I stay logged in. But I'm unable to use it to log into the app on my new phone. SP keeps sending me a reset request, but I can't reset because I'm already logged in. And I can't change my password because I do not have my original password. Help please?
