If the back of the card says bill to your local BCBS plan how do you know who that is and what the payer id is that you should select when adding the patient's insurance?

We are in Utah.

I have lots of "out of state" (back of card says CA, IA, TX)  blue plans that I need to bill

Please help I am getting no answers from Blue Card 800-782-8211

  You select the local BCBS for Utah for every Anthem BCBS client you have, no matter what state the client's plan is.
