How do I reach customer service?

Whenever I  hit a snag in the process I am of course routed to the index of issues-sometimes helpful but usually a headache of old posts to sort thru-who has this time and pays for the burden of rooting through it.  

Sometimes I need to speak or chat with someone-in person-similar to a live experience with a human being would be preferred.   Please tell me how to do this from my account page-where is the chat button please? 

I'm thinking that since I run about $200 plus a month in fees a little live customer service is in order...Please advise.  I am just looking to sync this calendar with Google-a very basic function and I cannot see how to do this without paying an extra $40 per month-Please tell me it won't cost $40 for a simple calendar sync.  Please advise if there is an answer.
