Duplicate email address

I am providing therapy to a mother.

Mother decided that his son (6 years old) needs therapy. I can't create this new client because I am using mom's email address.

I am a family therapist. Please, resolve this problem. I will face a lot of cases like this because minors don't usually have their own email accounts.
