Unable to send intake forms to new client
Hi, I'm new to SP and trying to send some intake forms to a new client. I've gone through Settings to Notes and Forms and have chosen the default forms I want to be included in the intake packet. I see them in the Client Portal/Shared Documents and Files, but when I go to email a client the only document options are the consent forms and one of the assessment forms. How do I get the intake forms and questionnaires to become available to send to clients throughthe portal?

- Experienced SP user here and I am suddenly having this same issue. My documents are checked as default intake documents, but the Send Intakes window for the new client only lists a few documents as options, and does not include two of the default intake documents. Have not had this issue before.

Here's a screenshot of what they sent me. I still don't understand why it's necessary to jump through all these hoops for default forms, but it did work. And I do understand the urgency when trying to get paperwork out to a client! They need to have a better fix for this, but for now hopefully this helps...best of luck with it!
