Online payment end of the year Report?

I currently use the Square for credit card processing and I am considering switching to the online payment integration system with simple practice. Do you have the ability to export the fee information for tax purposes at the end of each year? With the Square you can download all the transactions and their fees so you can deduct it from your taxes.
